KEWIL
Laboratory Concrete Mixer
Our concrete mixer is a motorized concrete
mixer of laboratory type. These mixers are
electrically operated and are designed so
that the tedious job of hand mixing concrete
can be eliminated. The mixer is highly useful
in creating uniform mix of concrete. Our laboratory
concrete mixers are suitable for operation
on 220 / 230 volts A.C. single phase. Following
are some essentials of our product:
• The counter balanced drum is easy
to tilt and has a volume of 1.1/2 to 2 cu.ft.
• The total drum volume is however 3
cu.ft. mounted on a well built stand with
rubber tyres, the drum is mounted for end
discharge and equipped with end towing pole. |

KEWIL
Vibrating Machine
Our Vibrating Machines & Moulds conforms
to 10080 - 1982.
The machine is used for compaction of 70.6mm
cube specimens of cement mortar under standard
vibration required for determination of compressive
strength of cement. The vibration machine
consists of a frame mounted on four coiled
springs to carry a cube mould and an eccentric
revolving shaft mounted in ball and roller
bearings. The machine is so balanced that
the eccentric imparts simple harmonic motion
to mould carrier and the mould. The frequency
of vibration is 12000 ± 400 R.P.M.
per minute. The drive from the motor to the
eccentric shaft is through an endless flat
belt running on crowned pulleys. Suitable
for operation on 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase
power supply.
Supplied complete with a time switch, one
70.6mm I.S.I. marked cube.
KEWIL Vibrating Machine Digital IS : 10080-1982
Same as above except that the machine is supplied
with the digital timer.

Our Vibrating Machines & Moulds
conforms to 10080 - 1982.

Concrete Vibrators
KEWIL® CON-VIBRA
Series concrete vibrators [Needle Vibrators]
are the finest of their types available. Their
rugged construction and extreme simplicity
makes it possible to operate them with ease
and complete dependability. These Needle Vibrators
are designed to suit all types of site conditions.
Their superior design and longer life eliminate
old fashioned arduous method of compaction.
Flexible Shaft:
The flexible shaft is manufactured
as per I.S.S. 6276/71 standards. The inner
core consists of high tensile spring wires
as per I.S.S. 4454/75 standards. The rubber
outer casing is rugged enough to negotiate
varied climatic conditions and has a wear
resistant spring steel liner which guarantees
a longer life and maximum transmission efficiency.
The Needles are of the out of balance rotor
type as well as Pendulum type made to I.S.S.
2505/80 standard and are available in Standard
sizes of 25 mm, 40 mm, 50m & 60 mm diameter,
each suited and streamlined to a 6 meter or
4 meter flexible shaft powered by a motor
or a Petrol or Petrol/Kerosene engine. Connections
of drive shafts to unit are by means of easy
connections. The high frequency poker vibrators
provide the necessary balanced combination
of high frequency, large amplitude and high
acceleration to ensure rapid and reliable
compactation.

Vibrating Table
Proper compaction of cement and concrete
while casting specimens for compressive or
flexural strength testing essential to achieve
a better and more consistent mixture. The
cement and concrete vibrating table top has
stops along its edges to prevent moulds from
sliding off the table during operation. The
maximum load capacity is 140 kg. The concrete

The moulds split vertically into two parts.
The mean internal diameter is within 0.2mm
and height is within 1mm. The ends are machined
